AggieData Dashboards about our campus including the Common Data Set, enrollment summaries, instructional data, undergraduate admissions data and financial aid details. Most dashboards in AggieData are public facing, but some are stored in the secured AggieDash server that requires additional access. See Business Intelligence for details on obtaining access.

Student Information System Point in time reports on student trends, course enrollment and faculty workload as well as standard operational reports that provide real-time student and enrollment information. Use of this resource requires a UC Davis Login ID and authentication.
Online form to request specific student data not available in standardized campus reports. Topics include enrollment, financial aid and undergraduate admissions. Please see the request form for additional information. If you have any questions or comments, contact emanalytics@ucdavis.edu.
For requests consisting of student-level data, UC Davis community members must complete FERPA: Student Privacy, Confidentiality and Data Security training within the last two years prior to fulfillment. Please note that access to the training site requires a UC Davis Login ID and authentication.
Important Note: Student data is covered by the UC Davis Data Administrative Policy on institutional data usage and Cybersafety Policy 310-22 for the use and storage of personal information. Additionally, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations must be adhered to where applicable. Data is made available for legitimate business or educational needs only.
