Mission Statement

The mission of Enrollment Management Analytics is to conduct research and analysis to achieve the retention, success, and enrollment goals of the campus and UC system. We collaborate with campus partners to support strategic planning, institutional policy creation, data-driven decisions, data literacy, and data security.

Vision Statement

It is the vision of Enrollment Management Analytics to cultivate motivated and productive institutional researchers. We strive to create a positive, supportive and collaborative environment that encourages a healthy work/life balance. All team members are involved in the analysis of problems, development of strategies, and implementation of solutions. As a team, we seek to advance analytical tools and processes to continually improve our services. To ensure workload is challenging yet manageable, staff members are encouraged to increase efficiencies, pursue professional development opportunities, and plan for long-term goals.
